Babajide Ogunseinde MD, FAAOS has pioneered a new approach to sacroiliac joint fusion procedures. This technique transfixes the SI Joint through a small midline incision and follows a medial-to-lateral trajectory.    Dr. Ogunseinde has recently utilized this technique with the CoreLink 3D-printed Siber® Ti compression implants. His experience has been: 1. Simultaneous access to both sacroiliac joints from one surgical position 2. Minimal soft tissue disruption 3. Less fluoroscopy and radiation 4. Minimal blood loss 5. Easily reproducible surgical steps    In Dr. Ogunseinde’s professional opinion, this outpatient friendly procedure may result in shorter length of hospital stays and shorter surgery times.   In addition to CoreLink’s Siber Ti system, Dr. Ogunseinde also used Zavation Medical Products, LLC eZspand® Interbody System. His professionalism, efficiency, and skills are beyond impressive. We are very fortunate to learn from him in this exciting new partnership.   *Advantages noted are expressly the views of the surgeon and do not necessarily reflect CoreLink’s guidance, advice, or opinions on surgical outcomes.   For product information, including indications for use, contraindications, warnings, precautions, potential adverse effects and patient counseling information, see the product Instructions For Use (IFU) and information on the CoreLink website.
